Returns Policy
Damaged, Defective and Disappeared Prints
I absolutely guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on my website. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost during shipping, please contact me immediately to arrange a replacement. Replacement items will be sent out free of charge. Damaged or lost items can also be refunded. In the case of damaged items, you may need to return your item for inspection before a refund can be issued. In such cases, return of the item will be carried out at the expense theprintspace.co.uk who carry out fulfillment of all print orders on my site.
If You Change Your Mind or Place an Order in Error
If you order in error, or change your mind about your artwork, please contact me immediately so that I can attempt to cancel the order with The Printspace before it is produced. If I am unable to stop the order before it goes out, I will issue a partial refund for the item, provided it is returned within 30 days of the order being placed. You will have to arrange return carriage of the item at your own expense. This is because I am still liable for all the printing and shipping costs associated with the order after it goes to the production team at The Printspace, so please: double check your order before you hit the check-out button!

Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times
All my prints are available for delivery worldwide.
When you place an order in the store, your prints will be produced and despatched to you within 2 - 5 working days. Delivery takes a little longer and varies from country to country. Consult the table below to get an idea of how long it will take your prints to reach you, but please bear in mind that these are estimated times and actual times may differ.
Customs Charges
Customs-free delivery of your fine art print is guaranteed when you order within the EU or UK. You may be liable to pay customs charges to import your print when you order from other countries.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
